Our Founder
Franco Della Grazia is a hairdresser, educator, and on-air beauty expert with over 45 years of experience at the highest levels of the craft.
His career has taken him from salons in Australia to London, Montreal and New York City — each chapter sharpening his understanding of what clients want and what professionals need. That global perspective is built into every Franco & Co product.
A sought-after platform educator, Franco has trained thousands of hairdressers throughout his career, from new graduates to seasoned professionals. His work has spanned Fashion Week to television, and his teaching philosophy is simple: make it clear, make it practical, make it memorable.
"I've spent 45 years solving problems behind the chair," Franco says. "The tools I couldn't find, I created."
